Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply where a Neural Void application is made available through the Atlassian Marketplace or under separately agreed written private-pilot terms. They do not make an application available through either channel.

2. Licensing & Subscriptions

Where a paid Marketplace license is offered, its subscription, billing, renewal, and any trial are governed by the applicable Marketplace listing and Atlassian terms. Private pilots are subject to separately agreed written terms and do not imply Marketplace availability, pricing, or a trial.

3. Data Privacy & Architecture

The current major-4 release of Sprint Scope Guard, available on Atlassian Marketplace, runs on Atlassian Forge and uses Forge KVS for settings plus minimal governance data. Removed-item audit entries contain only an issue key, action reason, and action date; current Jira fields are fetched from Jira as the current user reads them, and inaccessible or deleted issues are omitted. Jira remains the source of truth. The app has no external backend destination or telemetry, and browser exports remain local to the user. Forge operational logs, metrics, and alerts are Atlassian-managed platform services and may include platform site, version, and invocation metadata, governed by customer log-sharing settings. Forge hosting does not by itself establish an app certification or the operator's legal role.

4. Support & Response Targets

We provide customer support during the business hours and with the response and resolution targets published at neural-void.com/support. These targets are goals, not a guaranteed service level.

5. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights under the law of your place of residence remain unaffected. Purchases made through the Atlassian Marketplace are additionally governed by the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms.
